Description

The Red & Black celebrates Harvard's 0-6 lss to Yale because of the particpation of William H. Lewis, one of the very first Black football players. Lewis was the first Black player named an All-American and would go on to a distinguised career as a football coach, lawyer, and Assistant Attorney General under William Taft.
