Frankie Welch's See Georgia First scarf is a variation of her Discover America scarf. The design was made into skirts that were worn by hostesses in the Georgia welcome center.

The National City Bank of Rome commissioned this scarf from Frankie Welch to use as premiums to encourage increased savings deposits among its customers. It features Rome’s historic Clock Tower and Capitoline Wolf sculpture.
