Landmark, Inc. (II)

We are going to focus our attention on downtown Athens, and disregard any property which falls outside of the downtown area (as defined by the Athens-Clarke County Unified Government in their census reports). On their website, Landmark proudly displays that they have developed and or manage three key properties in the downtown student housing market: The Mark, 909 Broad, and The Standard. With 928, 383, and 610 beds in each of those buildings respectively – this brings Landmark’s total beds downtown to a grand total of 1921.
